Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but in the event that you are not, you must return the item to us within 7 days. The garment must be in perfect condition and all tags and labels must be attached.
Please send the return by recorded delivery with the appropriate insurance and retain the proof of postage in case of non-delivery.
Refund
If you require a refund this will be via the original payment method and will be made within 7 days of receipt of the parcel.
Exchange
Please advise us of your new requirements as soon as you can, so we can reserve items for you awaiting the return parcel. We will then dispatch on receipt. Postage will be applied.
Nb. Our exchange/returns policy does not affect your statuary rights.
