Delivery and Return Information

 

Whilst every effort will be made by us to deliver to you within the quoted period, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to late delivery. Please ensure that your address and in particular your post code are correct. We regret that we are unable to send goods to P.O Box numbers. Please note that due to Covid-19, the it might take longer than usual to receive your parcel. 

 

UK Addresses

Due to lockdown, we now offer free shipping to UK adresses by Royal Mail 1st class standard parcel post (allow 3-5 days for delivery) Please note that due to Covid-19, the delay might be longer.

 

Republic of Ireland

We charge £10 per parcel, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, however for remote addresses, this can be longer. We would recommend paying the exra charge to use Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Please note that you may be liable to custom duties and taxes on your parcel on receipt.

 

Europe

Due to Covid 19 and problems with deliveries, we are not offering shipping to Europe at the moment.

 

Other Countries

Due to Covid 19 and problems with deliveries, we are not offering international shipping at the moment.

 

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but in the event that you are not, please contact us at contact@bridgefashion.com for instructions and address.

 

Refund

If you require a refund this will be via the original payment method and will be made within 7 days of receipt of the parcel.

 

Exchange

Please advise us of your new requirements as soon as you can, by e-mail contact@bridgefashion.com so we can reserve items for you awaiting the return parcel. We will then dispatch on receipt. Postage will be applied.
