Delivery and Return Information

 

Whilst every effort will be made by us to deliver to you within the quoted period, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to late delivery. Please ensure that your address and in particular your post code are correct. We regret that we are unable to send goods to P.O Box numbers. Please note that due to Covid-19, the it might take longer than usual to receive your parcel. 

 

UK Addresses

We can send your order to U.K addresses by Royal Mail 1st class standard parcel post (allow 3-5 days for delivery) at a cost of £5 per parcel. Please note that due to Covid-19, the delay might be longer.

We are now offering free shipping to U.K. adresses. Please note that you will be responsible for return costs if you wish to return your items. (See Return Policy below)

For next day delivery we use Royal Mail Special delivery service to any UK address. This service requires a signature. We charge £7.50 per parcel. Orders received on a Friday cannot be guaranteed for Saturday delivery. Please note that due to Covid-19, that service is temporarily unavailable.

You can also collect your parcel from the shop, which is entirely free! Due to Covid-19, please contact us with a date and time prior coming to the shop.

 

Republic of Ireland

We charge £10 per parcel, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, however for remote addresses, this can be longer. We would recommend paying the exra charge to use Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Please note that you may be liable to custom duties and taxes on your parcel on receipt.

 

Europe

Within Europe we charge £12 per parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Please note that you may be liable to custom duties and taxes on your parcel on receipt.

 

Other Countries

We charge £20 per parcel on all parcels sent outside Europe. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Please note that you may be liable to custom duties and taxes on your parcel on receipt.

 

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but in the event that you are not, you must return the item to us within 7 days. The garment must be in perfect condition and all tags and labels must be attached. Please send the return by recorded delivery with the appropriate insurance and retain the proof of postage in case of non-delivery.

Refund

If you require a refund this will be via the original payment method and will be made within 7 days of receipt of the parcel.

 

Exchange

Please advise us of your new requirements as soon as you can, by e-mail contact@bridgefashion.com so we can reserve items for you awaiting the return parcel. We will then dispatch on receipt. Postage will be applied.
